Rare Auld Aultmore 1982 28YO 55.2% alc/vol 700ml Cask 2232
Colour: Mid amber
Nose: Lemon curd with fresh cream with emerging floral notes
Taste: Syrupy with citrus and redcurrant notes and caramel essence
Finish: Oily and mouth coating with hint of mint at the very end
Comment: Excellent – a cracking dram!

 Rare Auld Bowmore 1982 28YO 53.5% alc/vol 700ml Cask 85074
Colour: Gold
Nose: Smokey ash, cream and honey sweetness
Taste: spicy with fruit and smoke emerging followed by crème catalan
Finish: Smokey and mouthcoating with touch of lime
Comment: A big fruity Bowmore.

Rare Auld Grain Invergordon 1972 38yo 45.5% alc/vol 700ml Cask 85255
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Vanilla, butter and strawberry plants. Hard boiled orange sweets. Toffee
Taste: Honeycomb, toffee and golden syrup. White chocolate
Finish: A hint of flat Irn Bru and then more toffee notes and some cocoa powder. Also faint whiffs of a cafe latte.
Comment: A stunning example of just how good grain whisky can be.

 Rare Auld Cragganmore 1991 19YO 53.5% alc/vol 700ml Cask 1158
Colour: Pale gold
Nose: Rich, warm toffee, lemon cream and a hint of exotic spices
Taste: Light spices, chewy, oily. Bold and creamy with a touch of grassiness developping
Finish: Long and initialy sweet giving way to creamy yet dry oak
Comment: Stunning!

 Rare Auld Dailuaine 1983 27 Year Old 54.40% alc/vol 700ml Cask 4335
Colour: Pale Gold
Nose: Malty notes with stewed apples and touch of mint freshness emerging
Taste: Warm spices perfectly balanced with fresh lime and white pepper
Finish: Soft, grassy with a fruity finish becoming dry
Comment: A sweet malty delight!

 Peerless Glenrothes 1969 41YO 44.2% alc/vol 700ml Cask 12881
Colour: Rich Amber
Nose: Strawberries and figs, cherries, a touch of cumin, chocolate oranges
Taste: Warm apple strudle, cream leeks and a touch of cinnamon and lots of cherries. Thick and syrupy!
Finish: Rich, warm, soft spice and hint of rhubarb
Comment: Simply stunning! More please…
